  • Sara Bustos

    Sara Bustos grew up in Lansing, Ill., where she is now raising her son, Elijah. She had a childhood dream of opening a cafe, and that dream came to fruition in the midst of a global pandemic. Brewing magical coffees and teas that help heal the soul and tickle taste buds is her specialty. She loves learning about and educating others on all things coffee and metaphysical. You can find her shop, Mugs & Magick (formerly Coven's Cabinet in Dyer), now in her hometown of Lansing. In her free time, she loves traveling with her son.

  • Samantha Butkovic

    After completing her bachelor's degree in hospitality at Purdue University, Samantha Butkovic returned to school to pursue her lifelong passion of interior design at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She began her design career with the Chicago Cubs where she designed small to medium commercial design projects. From there she joined a high-end residential design-build firm in Chicago. When she was laid off six weeks into her maternity leave, she took a leap of faith and branched out on her own launching SB Creative Concepts utilizing all that she had learned after nearly a decade in the business. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, three boys and two pugs; all things plants and gardening; trying out new DIY projects and checking out the newest restaurants. 

  • Natalie Fancher

    With a background in music education, Fancher is an organized teacher at heart. She is an Indianapolis native–where she was a middle school Band Director for 12 years–and moved to Crown Point in 2019 for her husband’s job relocation. It was in northwest Indiana that she started her organizing business (Nice & Neat with Natalie)–helping families and local businesses get organized. She is married to her high-school sweetheart and is an active girl-mom of two. She loves sharing the gift of organization with others while empowering them throughout the process. When she is not organizing, you can find her on her bike, at the pool, on the piano bench, or enjoying time with family and friends.

  • Kaylyn E. Gyden

    Kaylyn E. Gyden is a marriage and family therapist associate, emotional wellness coach, adjunct professor, podcaster and writer committed to assisting people understand and navigate the complexities of feelings and relationships. She works with people experiencing unhealthy and/or difficult relationships with themselves, romantic partners, family members, and peers. She specializes in couple and family therapy, more specifically, infidelity, communication, and intimacy building. Gyden practices in Northwest Indiana offering in-person and telehealth services to Indiana and Illinois residents. She graduated with her master's degree from Purdue University.

  • Lauren Lazzaroni

    Lauren Lazzaroni, MHS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist, wife, and mom to two girls. She is also the owner of Lazzaroni Pediatric Speech Therapy, LLC and provides speech, language, and myofunctional services to children in NWI. Her personal journey into OMDs and myofunctional therapy quickly grew into a passion to help other families navigate oral ties, OMDs, speech therapy, and everything in between.

  • Cathryn Luchene

    Cathryn Luchene is a self-taught baker with nearly 20 years of experience. It first began when she fell in love making birthday cakes for her children, which became a family tradition. Her hobby turned passion inspired her to open her bakery, first doing local markets and then most recently opening up a bricks and mortar artisan bakery and cafe in downtown Crown Point, Ind. - Bak House. Nowadays, her son and daughters are often in the kitchen alongside her where they are handcrafting a variety of breads, pastries, cookies and cupcakes to serve to families in their local community.

  • Charmaine Moore

    Charmaine Moore is the founder of Face of Hope and Beauty self-love life coaching business, a writer and a speaker.  Moore is also a wife, mom of six, and “glam-ma” to her granddaughters. She faced with depression, anxiety, rejection, grief, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) and she is a survivor of suicide and advocate for suicide prevention and mental health.  Moore offers empowering mindset group coaching workshops and guided meditations through the power of music, movement, healing and affirming words, to help women and teen girls choose to love, live, heal and thrive in life.

    Lauren Najar is a business and marketing strategist who works with businesses to create more sales through social media and digital marketing. Her mission is to help women business owners maximize their full potential to create a life that they truly desire. She graduated from Purdue Northwest with a degree in Finance. Since starting her business, she has mentored 100+ businesses around the world. Najar is a member of The Collective networking community and has been featured in Forbes and on multiple podcasts.  She is a two-time cancer survivor and an avid runner completing over 50 races including the Chicago marathon in 2019.  Najar currently resides in Crown Point, Ind. with her husband, her daughter and their pup Belle.

  • Dr. Uzoma F. Obidike

    Dr. Uzoma F. Obidike is a Career Transition Coach and founder of She Leads Beautifully. Her mission is to teach women in stagnant careers how to tap into their networks to access dream career opportunities. Dr. Uzoma's expertise extends to her role as a career development professional at National Louis University, where she prepares college students for their successful career journeys. Beyond her professional roles, Dr. Uzoma enjoys spending time with her husband and 4-year-old daughter, listening to podcasts, and playing The Sims 4. 

  • Gina Ribota

    Gina Ribota joined Edward Jones after working for a community bank for more than 20 years. She was raised in Griffith, Ind. and graduated college from Purdue Northwest. She and her husband live in Crown Point, Ind. with their three sons. She volunteers her time with the Highland/Griffith Chamber of Commerce and the Highland Education Foundation. She and her family are active members of their congregation with Faith Church.
